Here, you'll find the insights I've gleaned over many years as a Child-of-Yeshua. Interestingly, you won't usually find me in church on Sundays. My spiritual awakening happened when I was very young. I recall one night, I was lying on the floor of my mother's bedroom, praying to Elohim to relieve me of a severe headache. Even now, I vividly remember my simple prayer: "Father, if you are real, make this headache go away." To my relief, the headache vanished! Over the course of 55 years plus since that incident, and the miracles and divine interventions have not stopped! Praises to Yeshua! But more than my own, I've observed these miracles occurring in the lives of those around me. Nevertheless, I can't help but feel a sense of sadness as it seems that the church has lost its Way.
As a lifelong believer who subscribes to the notion that we are living in the end times - a belief shared by many televangelists - I've dedicated myself to the study of relevant parts of scripture, namely II Thessalonians and Revelations. Over the past forty years, I've observed world events, vigilantly looking for signs of the second coming and the rapture. I am now convinced, without a shadow of a doubt, that we are witnessing the 'great falling away,' as prophesied in II Thessalonians. According to The Word of The Almighty, there will be a time when a great deception will befall those who have rejected the truth, ( Paul is refering to the Church ) leading them to believe a lie. They will be led astray by a false messiah, the anti-Christ, and will be swayed by the spirit of the anti-Christ.
Today, you may come across different groups such as the Proud Boys ( designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center ), white supremacist organizations like the KKK, and even hate groups like the white Southern Baptist, evangelical slave owners, sometimes mentioned in the same list of Trump supporters. The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) was orginally formed in support of slave owners. And for 155 years, supported owning people and slavery 1845 - 1995. Finally, in 1995 the SBC offically apologized for their stance on slavery. Offering no compensation for all the pain caused over 155 years, effectivly an empty worthless apology, and more of a recruitment tool. Twenty-five years later about 86% of white evengelicals are giving unwavering support to white supremacist, whore mongering Donald Trump. Actions speak louder than words. Raising serious doubt about the SBC's moral character and adhering to thier own resolutions. And looking more and more like a white supremist racist convention. Finally, by all accounts, the SBC should be listed as a hate group, nothing to do with your salvation. But supporting a way of life of white supremacy, repression, and prejudices towards minorities. This is not the Christ prophesied in the OT or NT that can save your soul, but the Anti-Christ.
I encourage you to read The Word of Elohim. I believe there is a growing disconnection within the capitalistic western church and the Word of The Almighty, but it's essential to remember that not everyone falls into the same category.
